Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a GTB Technology Delivery Manager in Dubai to lead the technology delivery and support GTB Tech Lead for successful integrations across Mashreq geographies. This role focuses on core banking (Oracle FLEXCUBE) transformations and associated programs, covering Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and SCF deployments.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery, serving as the accountable owner for GTB outcomes, and driving integration and data migration activities

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of experience in Banking Technology.
• At least 5 years in system implementation/integration support.
• Experience implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube (FCUBS, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBVAM, OBP, OBDX).
• Knowledge of Collections & SCF applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery for GTB applications (Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections).
• Act as the single accountable owner for GTB technology delivery outcomes across geographies, products, and integration landscapes.
• Lead integration and data migration activities; resolve discrepancies during data migration and ensure accurate data mapping.

Job purpose

Leads GTB technology delivery & support GTB Tech Lead in the successful implementation of the integrations between GTB Applications, covering cash management, Trade applications, supply chain finance, collections and core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE) across Mashreq geographies by acting as the primary interface between the Technology and the assigned business group and the project implementation team. GTB Technology Delivery Ownership

• Own end to end technology delivery for GTB applications (Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections) as part of the Core Banking (Flexcube) transformation and associated programs.


• Act as the single accountable owner for GTB technology delivery outcomes across geographies, products, and integration landscapes.

The GTB Technology Delivery Manager operates within a highly regulated, large scale banking technology environment, leading GTB technology delivery as part of the Core Banking (Oracle FLEXCUBE) transformation and associated strategic programs across Mashreq geographies.

• Responsible for addressing complex challenges related to processes, system configurations, and compliance requirements. This includes resolving discrepancies during data migration, ensuring accurate mapping of data, and troubleshooting integration issues between Oracle FLEXCUBE and other systems. The role requires innovative thinking to optimize system functionalities. Additionally, the incumbent must anticipate potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions during the implementation process. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Education & Certifications


• 15 to 20 years of experience in Banking Technology, with at least 5 years in system implementation/integration support.


• Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube covering applications like FCUBS, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBVAM, OBP, OBDX.


• Knowledge of Collections & SCF applications will be a plus.


• Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and integration solutioning. Technical Skills


• Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE integrations/configurations of products and processes.
