Chain Reaction is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and coordinate the digital ecosystem across channels in our Dubai-based team. You will drive social media planning, campaign launches, and paid media optimization, ensuring alignment and measurable results.

The role requires strong knowledge of social media and paid media, with working awareness of SEO, email marketing, website performance and PR integration.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of digital marketing, social media management or paid media experience.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat.
• Awareness of SEO, email marketing and website performance metrics.
• Ability to plan monthly content and campaign calendars.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate digital activities across social, paid media, and related digital channels.
• Ensure alignment across social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and PR integration.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
• Develop monthly social media and campaign plans.
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve performance targets.
• Handle ads across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and similar channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data.
• Track digital and social media trends and apply best practices.
• Coordinate with creative, content and PR teams on campaign execution.
• Support content production and attend on-ground shoots when required.
