Job summary

Kinetic Space Interior Design in Dubai seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to own social strategy, drive paid media, and build growth plans across client accounts. You will manage content, analytics, and CRM integration while leading campaigns and new-business opportunities.

Required are 5+ years of hands-on marketing with strong channel and metrics experience; UAE familiarity preferred; English fluency a must, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in social media/digital marketing with hands-on execution.
• Agency/multi-client experience preferred; UAE experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and on-page optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns and quantify outcomes (CPL/CPA/ROAS).
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus; UAE driving licence is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across channels with calendars and campaigns.
• Run paid media hands-on across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more with testing and reporting.
• Drive lead generation and funnel creation with landing pages and retargeting.
• Oversee content production and creator collaborations for impact.
• Build growth plans translating objectives into channel strategy and roadmaps.
• Own analytics and reporting including GA4, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Support CRM/marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to new business.
