CloudPlexo in Dubai is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns, content creation, and CRM-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or high-volume communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch.
• Excellent client-facing skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting through research, cold calls, and outreach.
• Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data and preparing reports.
• Help track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in client meetings or calls to observe and assist in sales strategies.
• Create and schedule content for digital marketing platforms (social media, blog, emails).
• Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback.
• Help manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social ads).
• Support events, webinars, or promotional activities (online or in-person).
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
