What will I be doing?

Manage all group, conference, and event business from enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless guest journey.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that exceed expectations.

Collaborate closely with Sales, F&B, Operations, and Revenue teams to maximize event profitability and guest satisfaction.

Oversee event planning, detailing, and on-site coordination to deliver flawless experiences.

Lead, coach, and develop the Events team to deliver exceptional service standards.

Analyze performance, feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
