Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a group-wide sustainability communication strategy aligned with Al‑Futtaim's sustainability pillars.
• Work closely with Group Communications to establish a distinctive sustainability narrative across internal platforms and social media channels.
• Measure and report sustainability engagement through digital reach, participation, and interaction metrics.
• Embed sustainability principles across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with Group Human Resources.
• Benchmark sustainability‑focused employee value proposition initiatives against regional and global best practices.
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to employee engagement, retention, and sustainability impact.
• Coordinate sustainability communities, champions, and cross‑division partnerships to ensure consistent internal messaging.
• Organise sustainability‑focused masterclasses, industry roundtables, and internal community events.
• Design and deliver sustainability learning, up‑skilling, and awareness programmes across the organisation.
• Support employer branding initiatives through sustainability storytelling and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead planning and execution of the annual Al‑Futtaim Sustainability and Art event.
