Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in UAE taxation including Corporate Tax and VAT with 5–10 years of experience.
• Translate complex regulatory updates into actionable business advice for leadership.
• Experience managing direct tax compliance and international tax structuring.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or a Master’s degree in Taxation; on-site in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance for the group (corporate tax, VAT) to meet deadlines.
• Lead tax research on new legislation and regulatory changes with strategic recommendations.
• Oversee international taxation including transfer pricing documentation and cross-border issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and tax authorities during audits and inquiries.
• Develop internal tax controls and optimize tax reporting workflows.

Role Overview:

As a Tax Manager at Group SNS, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for all tax-related matters, ensuring the group remains compliant with the rapidly evolving UAE tax framework. You will work closely with the Group CFO, finance teams, and external auditors to oversee tax planning, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies. Your contribution will be critical in optimizing the group’s tax position, ensuring seamless adherence to statutory requirements, and providing strategic insights that support the company’s expansion and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process for the group, ensuring accurate and timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, and other relevant tax returns to meet statutory deadlines.


• – Lead tax research initiatives to analyze the impact of new tax legislation and regulatory changes on the group’s business model, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.


• – Oversee international taxation matters, including transfer pricing documentation and cross-border tax implications, to ensure alignment with global best practices and local regulations.


• – Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external tax authorities during audits and inquiries to represent the company’s interests and resolve tax-related disputes effectively.


• – Develop and implement robust internal tax controls and processes to minimize tax exposure and enhance the efficiency of tax reporting workflows across all business units.

Required Skillset:

• – Demonstrated expertise in UAE taxation, including a deep understanding of Corporate Tax and VAT laws, supported by 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a tax advisory or corporate tax role.


• – Proven ability to conduct complex tax research and translate technical regulatory updates into clear, strategic business advice for leadership teams.


• – Strong proficiency in managing direct tax compliance and international tax structuring, with a track record of handling multi-jurisdictional tax issues.


• – Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across departments.


• – Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or a Master’s degree in Taxation, combined with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.
