Job Opening - Group Roaming Project Manager (GRPM)

Location : DIFC, Dubai or within a local OpCo of AXIAN Group

Silver Links, the entity responsible for managing roaming relations and services across AXIAN Telecom Group, is looking for a Group Roaming Project Manager (GRPM) to support the Head of Group Roaming in overseeing group-level roaming projects and reporting.

As GRPM, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple roaming initiatives, supporting group-wide KPIs, and producing detailed performance reports to enhance the Group's roaming strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report on activities of Group Roaming Engineers (GREs)
• Monitor IREG launch progress and provide updates
• Report roaming coverage to Silver Links, OpCos, and AXIAN Commercial team
• Coordinate major projects such as DCH and SCCP / IPX swap initiatives
• Produce roaming KPIs and performance reports for the Head of Group Roaming
• Gather traffic and financial reports from DCH / FCH systems
• Access and use OpCo BI / DB systems for group-level reporting
• Consolidate and prepare weekly and monthly roaming reports
• Interface with roaming managers across OpCos, vendors, third-party providers, and internal commercial teams

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Project Management, International Business, Telecommunications, or MBA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with 3+ years in roaming project management
• Strong understanding of roaming traffic, reporting, and telecom KPIs
• Skilled in project coordination, dashboard / report creation, and cross-functional communication
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
