Job summary

MEFITPRO in Dubai is seeking a Full-Time Class Instructor / Floor Assistant to deliver high-energy group classes and support members on the gym floor. The role combines teaching up to 24 classes per week with floor duties, inductions and technique guidance in a premium fitness environment.

You will engage members, supervise safety, and uphold the club’s welcoming atmosphere while representing the brand with passion and professionalism. A Level 3 PT or Group Exercise cert is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Personal Training or Group Exercise Certification (REPs UAE or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching group fitness classes and working in a gym environment.
• Excellent communication, energy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic class schedule.
• Passionate about fitness, health and creating a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group classes across multiple disciplines (HIIT, Spin, Circuit Training, Strength, Yoga) based on the timetable.
• Ensure all classes are delivered safely with correct form, flow and atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage attendance, consistency and retention.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine passion for fitness.
• Conduct gym floor duties including inductions, guidance and technique assistance as needed.

Full-Time Class Instructor / Floor Assistant

Location: Jumeirah Village Triangle Dubai

Salary: AED 7000 per month

Overview:

Were looking for an energetic and passionate Class Instructor/Floor Assistant to join a growing fitness team. This is a full-time position combining class instruction with gym floor engagement ensuring every member receives a high-quality motivating experience from the moment they walk in.

You will play a key role in delivering premium class experiences while supporting members on the gym floor through inductions technique guidance and an engaging supportive presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Class Instruction (up to 24 classes per week)

• Deliver high-energy engaging group classes across multiple disciplines (HIIT Spin Circuit Training Strength Yoga etc.) based on the studios class timetable.
• Ensure all classes are delivered safely with correct form flow and atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage attendance consistency and retention.
• Represent the brand with professionalism enthusiasm and genuine passion for fitness.

Gym Floor Duties (up to 24 hours per week)

• Conduct member inductions orientations and check-ins ensuring new members feel confident and supported.
• Provide exercise advice spotting and technique assistance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness equipment organisation and safety.
• Be a visible and approachable presence creating a welcoming environment for all members.
• Support promotional events community activities and member challenges as required.
