Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking a Group Finance Manager in Dubai to lead the finance function across FP&A, treasury, taxation, audit and statutory compliance for multiple entities. You will partner with senior management to drive budgeting, forecasting, working capital optimization and robust controls in a complex, multi‑entity environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years relevant finance experience with 3+ years managerial responsibility.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in aviation, aerospace, trading or related industries.
• Professional qualification preferred: ACCA / CA / CPA.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI – mandatory.
• Experience in ERP systems and ERP enhancements or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting and business performance across Group entities.
• Manage group treasury, liquidity and cash flow planning.
• Oversee UAE tax computations, VAT filings and compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely statutory financial statements.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models for management reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls for international trading transactions.
