Job summary

Talal Group Intl in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Group Finance Manager - Controls & Reporting to lead group-wide IFRS reporting, consolidation and audit across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA and India. You will own Group Controls, drive SAP-based financial workflows, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and collaborate with regional finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy.

4-8 years post-qualification, CA/ACCA/CPA required; this is a demanding role for a professional ready to impact

Qualifications

CA/ACCA/CPA required.
4–8 years post-qualification experience.
Hands-on IFRS reporting, consolidation and group controls.

Responsibilities

Own Group Controls, IFRS reporting, consolidation and audit across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA and India.
Lead financial reporting processes using SAP ERP.
Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
