Global HR Architecture & Systems: Rapidly audit, design, and implement a centralized, scalable global HR operating model managed directly out of our Business Bay headquarters.Cross-Border Talent & Mobility Frameworks: Standardize recruitment, vetting, and compliance pipelines for personnel moving between international source markets and operating regions.Enterprise HRIS Integration: Deploy unified Human Resources Information Systems and automated life cycle management tools across all international branches.Unified Compensation & Performance Metrics: Establish competitive performance grading frameworks and KPI,s tailored to multi-branch sales, operations, and tech teams.Labor Compliance & Risk Management: Direct international labor compliance, legal standards, and cross border regulatory frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.
