• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting standards and practical experience.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant: ACA or equivalent is required.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (UAE Time)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Can be disbursed in either LKR or USD, based on your preference

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our fast-growing global business. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you'll oversee finance operations across multiple verticals: Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Private Funds, and Alternative Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely financial reporting.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and financial operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and prepare insightful dashboards.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury, and manage capital resources.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, statements, and Board reports.
• Collaborate with compliance on risk assessments and reporting.
• Handle treasury investments via fixed income and other instruments.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of IFRS Accounting standards and practical experience of having preferred
• Qualified Chartered Accountant: ACA or equivalent.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous Experience with accounting for Funds or other investment vehicles is highly desirable.
