Responsibilities

• Print rate variance record for hotel and suites and check the discrepancy.
• Check any area showing no rates and inform Supervisor on duty.
• Verify late check-out for the day and ensure all rooms are charged.
• Inspect early arrival and confirm the space is charged accordingly.
• Check open balance report and validate high balance areas with the registration card.
• Examine approvals for discounted rooms and log areas and discounted prices.
• Any complimentary spaces provided to guests require prior authorization from executive office.
• Any price modification or space change for in-house guests should be supported with a room/rate change voucher.
• Spot checks on guest registration cards to ensure details are correctly filled by FO.
