Job summary

KBR is seeking a Graphics Assistant in Dubai to deliver high-quality branding and presentation graphics for a diverse consultancy programme. The role involves creating print materials, digital assets and diagrams that align with brand guidelines and project needs.

You will work closely with the project controls and marketing teams, applying typography and layout skills to craft visually impactful documents while meeting tight deadlines and staying updated with industry tools.

• BA in relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Branding: Working within 2-3 established brand guidelines dependent on the project.
• Print Media: Designing brochures, posters and other print materials as the project requires.
• Digital Media: Creating graphics for presentations, documentation and other digital assets.
• Apply design principles such as typography, colour theory and layout to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Collaborate with project team, marketing team and other designers to ensure artwork meets project needs and branding guidelines.
• Meet deadlines, manage time and conflicting demands while maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the KBR Project Controls Director and responsible for the delivery of high-class presentations and documents to support the consulting nature of the programme.

KBR are supporting the Iraq Ministry of Planning with the development of economic and social policies within the varied governmental sectors to achieve the national development objectives. KBR are providing consultancy services covering economic master plan project prioritization technical and financial review project management ongoing project monitoring and negotiation support

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on a variety of projects including:

• Branding:Working within 2-3 established brand guidelines dependent on the project.
• Comfortable with design/branding critique from the US Brand Lead.
• Print Media:Designing brochures posters and other print materials as the project require.
• Digital Media:Creating graphics for our presentations documentation and other digital assets.
• Apply design principles such as typography colour theory and layout to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Working closely with the project team marketing team and other designers to ensure artwork meets the projects needs and closely adheres to the branding guidelines.
• Able to work to deadlines managing your time and conflicting demands effectively while keeping standards high.
• Willingness to learn and keep yourself updated.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• BA in relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum overall relevant experience 5 years.
• Minimum Regional Experience 3 years
• Both English and Arabic required for this role.
• Infographics and Concept Diagrams.
• Translating ideas and information into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Design of graphics to be used within documentation and presentations.
• Intermediate/Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite or other suitable software.
• Able to work with Office 365 (PowerPoint Word Excel).
• Foleon Jira Canva and other software knowledge advantageous.
