Job summary

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) is seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Design Intern to join our creative team in Dubai. You will work on animated and static assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives, using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in Photoshop and motion design, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• Basic UI/UX understanding; experience using Figma.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong portfolio in graphic design, Photoshop and motion design.
• Available full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00–18:00.
• Must hold valid UAE residence visa under sponsorship and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and execution of email campaigns and the development of animated and static assets for social media.
• Conceptualise and develop creative visuals based on project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all creative assets.
• Identify creative solutions to UI/UX challenges, such as usability and findability.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Stay up to date with competitor products and industry trends.

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) is seeking a talented, creative, and motivated Graphic & Motion Design Intern to join our dynamic creative team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly After Effects and Photoshop, along with a passion for creating visually compelling digital designs, engaging animations, and impactful brand experiences.

During this three-month internship, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to support the development of high-quality visual content across various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with technical skills, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and develop their design expertise in a collaborative environment.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Applicants must hold a valid UAE residence visa under existing sponsorship (e.g., family or student sponsorship) and have valid health insurance coverage in the UAE.
