Job summary

Monarca International in Dubai seeks a Creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to bring product, project and brand stories to life through design, photography and video production. You will craft social media content, reels and campaigns, collaborate with marketing and sales, manage production equipment, and deliver polished assets on schedule.

A portfolio showing graphic design and video work is essential; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut/Canva is required; 3+ years experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, videography and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, advertisements, invitations, brochures and company presentations.
• Film and photograph lighting products, furniture, showroom displays, completed projects and events.
• Produce engaging reels, product videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
• Record and edit podcast episodes, including multi-camera footage, audio balancing, colour correction, subtitles and highlight clips.
• Develop concepts, storyboards and visual ideas with the marketing team.
• Create motion graphics and subtle product animations that complement the brand's visual style.
• Adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent typography, layouts, colours and branding across all materials.
• Manage cameras, lighting, microphones and other production equipment.
• Organize raw footage, design files and final assets for easy access.
• Coordinate revisions and deliver approved content within agreed deadlines.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to bring our products, projects and brand stories to life. The role combines graphic design, photography, video production and editing, with a strong focus on social media, podcasts and marketing campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, videography and video editing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video production skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with experience using Canva for marketing materials, presentations and social media designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with experience using CapCut for reels, subtitles and short-form videos.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Practical experience with cameras, lighting setups, microphones and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, colour grading and storytelling.
• Ability to create polished content suited to luxury lighting, furniture and interior design.
• Good communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing, sales and technical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work with interior design, architecture, lighting, furniture or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of product photography, motion graphics and audio enhancement.
• Relevant qualification in graphic design, visual communication, film production or a related field.
