Job summary

Estadeem Consultancy seeks a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to craft branding assets and social media content for diverse industries in the UAE. You will collaborate with marketing to translate concepts into visually compelling deliverables across campaigns and client projects.

You will edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and create basic motion graphics. A strong portfolio showing design and editing work is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or video editing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Job Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to create impactful designs that support branding, campaigns, and client projects across diverse industries such as F&B, retail, and beyond. Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Design marketing materials including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, event collaterals, and other branded materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas and campaign concepts into visually compelling deliverables.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms and clients.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for print, digital, web, and social media use.
• Adapt existing designs and creative assets into different formats and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and design recommendations.

Video Editor & Content Creator

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Edit promotional videos, corporate content, interviews, events, podcasts, and other marketing videos when required.
• Create engaging edits using footage, music, sound effects, transitions, text, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Create basic motion graphics, titles, captions, and animated elements to enhance video content.
• Select and organize footage and create edits that align with the intended message, platform, and target audience.
• Familiarize yourself with basic color correction and color grading to ensure footage has a consistent and visually appealing look. Professional-level color grading is not required.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms, aspect ratios, resolutions, and formats.
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with photography and video production workflows, including basic understanding of shooting, lighting, and on-set processes, is a plus.

General Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Work closely with internal teams and adapt creative work based on feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and creative assets.
• Continuously develop creative skills and stay familiar with new design, editing, and content-creation tools.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, social media strategies, and client projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, or a similar creative role.
• Bilingual: strong command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or DaVinci Resolve, particularly:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Good video editing skills, particularly for short-form social media content such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with basic color correction and color grading.
• Ability to adapt creative content for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• Ability to create or work with 3D models and visualizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of video production, cinematography, cameras, lighting, or production workflows is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• A fast learner who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to develop new creative skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• A creative portfolio/showreel demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work is highly preferred.
