Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to understand design from customer perspective and convert them into an influencing design that connects and creates the desired impression and impact on the audience and brands. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create Graphics, illustrations, designs, layouts, logos, creative, animations, etc. for specific and temporary requirements
  • Adhering to a company’s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Packaging adaptations (label, carton, Tray, stickers) in terms of Text, design, legal information, promotional labels (price sticker, promo tag, …).
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and handling budget constraints, and effective scheduling of project
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
  • Create a share data storage for all the packaging, by brand, by product, by market/country.
  • Adaptation/modification of existing communication support in line with marketing needs/requirements.
  • Adaptation of Key Visual to different communication supports, depending on the need of the market (POSM, branding vans, gondola, displays, …)
  • Deliver to agencies an executable files according to printer technical requirements and ensure the follow up to ensure a good execution.

Work experience requirement

4+ Marketing Designer experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
