Job summary

A leading hospitality and leisure company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Graphic Designer to manage projects and collaborate on brand strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and at least 2 years of experience with strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. This full-time position does not allow for remote work and involves handling budgets and project timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
• Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy capability in MAC is preferable.

Overview

• Manages the timelines and overall process for graphic design and photography projects.
• Manages and cares for graphic designers and photographers.
• Processes incoming graphic design and photography requests to estimate time / resources needed to complete the request.
• Works with brand leaders on the communications team and social media team to effectively understand and deliver on the strategy and requirements for each graphic design project and / or photography needs.
• Maintains constant knowledge of status priority and next steps for all graphic design and photography projects via a project management system.
• Maintains and manages the photography graphic design and print production budget under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements, corporate image and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy capability in MAC is preferable.
