Job summary

The role emphasizes using AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development, produce photorealistic visuals, and collaborate with sales, production, and project teams to ensure visually striking and technically feasible outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / 3D Visualizer / Creative Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing mockups, renders, 3D visuals, or branding work.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D/rendering tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or KeyShot.
• Good understanding of perspective, lighting, materials, textures, and realistic visuals.
• Practical experience with AI-powered design tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or DALL•E.
• Ability to integrate AI into a professional design workflow for concept development and production.
• Understanding of printing, signage, branding, materials, and production processes.
• Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

About the Role

Mars Media Services is looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.

This is not a traditional social media graphic design role. We are looking for someone with strong visualisation skills who can turn concepts and ideas into high-quality mockups, realistic renders, 3D visualisations, branding applications, and presentation-ready designs for printing, branding, signage, exhibitions, interiors, and fabrication projects.

The ideal candidate should also have a strong interest in and practical experience with AI-powered design and creative tools, using AI to improve creativity, speed, visual quality, and concept development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic mockups, 3D visuals, renders, and visual presentations for branding, signage, printing, exhibitions, events, and fabrication projects.

• Develop creative concepts and translate client requirements into strong visual solutions.

• Produce photorealistic visualisations showing how branding, signage, graphics, displays, and other elements will look in real environments.

• Prepare artwork and visual concepts suitable for large-format printing, signage, branding, exhibition stands, displays, and fabrication.

• Create product, environmental, architectural, and branding mockups.

• Work closely with the sales, production, and project teams to ensure designs are both visually strong and technically feasible.

• Adapt designs based on client requirements and project specifications.

• Prepare professional presentations and concept boards for client approval.

• Use AI design and generative AI tools to develop concepts, explore creative directions, enhance visuals, generate backgrounds/elements, and speed up the design process.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design technologies, rendering techniques, and creative workflows.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all visual outputs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / 3D Visualizer / Creative Designer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating mockups, realistic renders, 3D visualisations, environmental graphics, branding applications, or similar work.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience with one or more 3D / rendering tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, or similar is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of perspective, lighting, materials, textures, composition, and realistic visualisation.

• Practical experience with AI-powered creative and design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or other relevant AI platforms.

• Ability to use AI as part of a professional design workflow — not simply for generating images, but for concept development, visual exploration, editing, enhancement, and production.

• Understanding of printing, signage, branding, materials, dimensions, and production processes is a strong advantage.

• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
