Job summary

Tech First Gulf is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead branding and creative tasks across digital marketing, events, webinars and partner campaigns. The role requires expertise in graphic design, video editing, UI/UX support, and social media creatives, with coordination across marketing and operations.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of design experience, strong brand sense, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and branding.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, video editing, and digital campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, invitations, emailers, standees and marketing collaterals.
• Create branding materials for exhibitions, launches, webinars and partner events.
• Edit promotional videos and motion graphics for campaigns and events.
• Support social media management and coordination of digital assets.
• Update websites and support UI/UX for landing pages and microsites.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for handling all creative and branding requirements for Tech First Gulf across digital marketing events webinars social media websites and partner campaigns. The role requires expertise in graphic designing video editing UI/UX support website updates event branding social media creatives promotional editing and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

• Design social media creatives banners brochures invitations emailers standees and marketing collaterals
• Create branding materials for exhibitions launches webinars and partner events
• Design roll-up banners backdrops event branding and promotional assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all TFG communication channel

Video Editing & Promotional Content

• Video editing for events campaigns webinars launches and corporate activities
• Promo editing including teaser videos highlight videos reels and motion graphics
• Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos for digital campaigns
• Support production of corporate and promotional video content

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

• Social media arrangement and creative management for LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other platforms
• Coordinate campaign creatives and digital marketing assets
• Create engaging visual content for online promotions and partner campaigns

Webinar Arrangement & Coordination

• Webinar arrangement support including creatives registration banners presentations and event branding
• Coordinate webinar assets and digital communication materials
• Support webinar execution with marketing and operations teams

Website & UI/UX Support

• Website edits and updates for landing pages campaign pages and corporate websites
• UI/UX design support for microsites and digital projects
• Ensure website creatives and layouts are updated as per campaigns

Zoho Platform Management

• Manage and update creatives and digital assets on Zoho platforms
• Coordinate branding updates and marketing materials within internal systems

Reports & Presentations

• Prepare Event Post Reports with proper branding and visual presentation
• Design corporate presentations sales decks event presentations and marketing reports
• Support internal and external presentation requirements

Event & Marketing Support

• Support GITEX partner events roadshows launches and customer events with all creative deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors printers event agencies and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative and promotional requirements
