Job summary

A 2–4 year portfolio-based track record in cosmetics or FMCG and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, plus Canva is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, packaging, and marketing design.

About the Role

Creative Graphic Designer with experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create high-quality designs for beauty and cosmetic products across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
• Create social media content, including posts, stories, reels covers, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design product packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Develop visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Maintain and develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• Edit and enhance product images and create professional product presentations.
• Create website banners, e-commerce visuals, advertisements, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and design trends.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, packaging, and marketing design.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva and other digital design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding.
• Experience creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of beauty and cosmetics aesthetics and current industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
