Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a proactive UI designer to create functional emails, banner ads, and new email templates while refining existing designs across websites and presentations.

The role requires collaborating on cross‑channel experiences, driving design requirements independently, and delivering accessible, high‑quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools. Experience with HTML and a fast-paced, global work environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
• Experience in designing cross channel experiences.
• Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently.
• Hands-on experience working within Adobe Creative Suite and tools like KNAK, BEE Editor, and Creatopy.
• Experience working with HTML.
• Familiarity with best practices in accessible design.
• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player & amiable attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and switch between projects based on priorities.
• Ability to work in a high paced & high volume environment.
• Ability to work in a global work environment.
