Job summary

Rookie Ninja in Dubai is seeking a creative designer who turns ideas into visuals and video content to strengthen our website, social media, and marketing campaigns across the UAE, Africa, and India.

You will design banners, landing pages, product visuals, social posts and carousels; edit photos and videos for Reels and promos; and create motion graphics and catchy captions with CTAs, working with the UAE team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design and multimedia/video content experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; familiarity with Figma/CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Design website banners, landing-page graphics, product visuals, social posts and campaign creatives.
• Edit photos and videos for Reels, promotional videos and product content.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, sound and other video elements.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or tools such as Figma/CapCut.
• Good eye for detail and ability to work with quick turnaround times.
