Job Summary

Parsons’ Creative Hub is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our award‑winning Bid Studio, supporting high‑profile proposals, presentations, and marketing materials across the Middle East and Europe. In this role, you will design impactful visual solutions that elevate our bids, strengthen our brand presence, and help win strategic projects.

You will work closely with our Bid, Marketing, and Technical teams to produce visually compelling graphics for print, digital, and presentation formats — from long‑form proposals to interactive PDFs and motion graphics. This is a role for a proactive, detail‑driven designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring adherence to Parsons’ and client brand guidelines.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with technical precision.
• Produce long‑form document layouts, branded PowerPoint decks, infographics, illustrations, covers, brochures, and digital content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to interpret technical information into engaging visuals.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with strategic messaging and branding.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and production techniques to continually raise creative standards.
• Work efficiently within tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional work across both digital and print formats.
• Exceptional layout, typography, and composition skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across regions and disciplines.
