Standard Chartered invites UAE national graduates to join the SC Ventures Graduate Programme (UAE Nationals) for 2026. The 12‑month programme offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to multiple streams, including Design and Innovation, Marketing and Communications, and Finance.

You will work with colleagues across markets and functions, building technical, commercial and professional skills from day one.

You will be aligned to a workstream within SC Ventures, striving towards achieving our collective desired outcomes and key results. As part of the assessment process, we’ll help you explore which of the following workstreams best match your strengths and interests:

Design and Innovation: Design, deliver, and scale initiatives that enable employees to become Intrapreneurs, support venture‑building teams, and strengthen our culture of innovation.

Marketing and Communications: Develop business‑centric communications to not only protect the Group’s reputation, brand and services, but also leverage social media and other new age channels to build up our ventures.

Finance: Conduct market research to complement the preparation of financial statements and reports, managing the budget and making projections and forecasts.
