JLL in Dubai is seeking a high-potential Emirati graduate to join the Strategic Consulting team, supporting senior consultants in delivering strategic advisory services across real estate, corporate and public sectors.

You'll gain exposure to business strategy, market analysis and client engagement while building core consulting skills, with a clear path to Senior Consultant and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum GPA 3.3/4.0
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years relevant experience
• UAE National with Family Book

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis and research for client engagements across real estate, corporate and public sector projects
• Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking studies
• Prepare client presentations, reports and strategic recommendations under senior supervision
• Conduct data analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in client meetings and workshops as part of project teams
• Support business development activities and proposal preparation

Position Overview

Seeking a high-performing Emirati graduate to join our Strategic Consulting team supporting senior consultants in delivering strategic advisory services to clients across various sectors. Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent)
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years relevant experience
• UAE National with Family Book

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• Knowledge of UAE/GCC business environment and market dynamics
