Job summary

A leading global infrastructure firm is seeking a UAE National for an entry-level proposal development role as part of their 24-months Advance graduate program. This position involves assisting with proposal deliverables, supporting capture teams, and developing proposal schedules. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree are essential. The role emphasizes a collaborative environment and career growth through mentorship and structured learning programs.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory in line with Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements).
• Ability to understand and follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions.
• Motivation to learn and participate in structured training.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs.
• Create proposal schedules and templates.
• Participate in color reviews.
• Support Go/No Go analysis.
