Job summary

Astratech in Dubai is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Analyst. This entry-level role supports the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing suppliers and raising purchase orders to analyzing spend and maintaining procurement records.

You will work alongside experienced buyers and category managers, gaining hands-on exposure to how a modern procurement function delivers value, controls cost, and manages supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• ERP/procurement systems familiarity is a plus.
• Emitari National.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day purchasing cycle: create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist in sourcing and obtaining supplier quotations, and prepare comparison sheets.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, catalogs, and pricing in ERP.
• Analyze spend data and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
• Track open orders, follow up with suppliers on confirmation and delivery.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and controls.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and required compliance paperwork.
• Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Provide general admin support and contribute to process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
