Job Purpose
The Graduate Officer will support the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the Bank's technology infrastructure, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating problems as necessary.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and provide timely solutions.
- Participate in IT projects, including testing and implementation phases.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
- Provide end-user support, including training and guidance on technology tools and systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a Technology related field.
