Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications and AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing. Help communicate our brand and value proposition in a clear, engaging, and consistent way.

Create content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.

Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Ensure messaging remains relevant, consistent, and aligned across customer touchpoints.

Digital Marketing. Help expand our digital presence and connect with customers through meaningful online experiences

Contribute to social media, email marketing, website, and other digital marketing initiatives

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

Apply customer and market insights to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Events, Customer Engagement & Marketing Insights. Engage directly with customers and turn insights into better marketing activities.

Participate in the planning and execution of events, workshops, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Gather customer feedback and observations to improve future events, campaigns, and customer experiences.

Analyze marketing and engagement data to identify insights and contribute to marketing recommendations.

Qualifications

Recent graduates from Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is highly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of marketing and social media platforms

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms

Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
