Job summary

Revolut Ltd is launching a 12-month Graduate Programme for ambitious graduates in technology. You’ll work on real projects, building APIs and microservices using Java 17/21, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, SparkJava, Spock, and jOOQ.

You’ll collaborate across teams, receive mentoring, and contribute to risk management and payments systems. Open to international applicants relocating to Revolut tech hubs; ~3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Upcoming graduate with a 2:1 degree in CS/Math/Physics or STEM.
• Graduate in 2025–2027 with a strong portfolio of coding projects.
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent English with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027, hybrid role.
• Willingness to attend a Revolut office in country of employment at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers and product owners across stacks.
• Build APIs and develop microservices.
• Optimize systems for risk management, fraud detection, and payments.
• Drive greenfield projects and enhance existing ones.
• Mentor with senior engineers to build expertise.
• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes.
• Share updates and collaborate with global teams.
• Use feedback to accelerate development.
