Job summary

Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Graduate HVAC Engineer (UAE Nationals) to support concepts across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas projects from our Abu Dhabi office. You will contribute to conceptual engineering studies, pre-FEED, FEED, EPC and PMC activities as part of our client-focused delivery approach.

The role is ideal for a fresh mechanical engineering graduate with strong English and MS Office skills who wants exposure to a wide range of HVAC systems and project stages in

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Well adept in utilizing MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, electric furnaces, packaged terminal units, ductless split systems, humidification and dehumidification equipment, electronic air cleaners and air purification systems, residential control systems to include Evolution and zoning systems.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly.
• Test each system after service/repair is complete to ensure the system is functioning properly.
• Perform proper inspection of the system to prevent future issues.
