Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Graduate Environmental Engineer to join its ADVANCE development program in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on supporting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, environmental reporting, technical analysis, and interdisciplinary coordination while gaining practical consulting experience.

The program spans approximately 24 months, offering structured development and exposure to senior engineers in a live project environment.

Qualifications

Must be UAE National holding a valid family book.
Recent graduate who completed studies within the previous 24 months and no earlier than September 2024.
Minimum academic GPA of 3.2.
No more than 1 year of postgraduate professional work experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with Environmental and Social Impact Assessment studies by assisting with calculations, sketches, diagrams, technical information, and project models.
Help prepare, review, and finalize environmental reports under the guidance of experienced engineers and scientists.
Apply academic environmental knowledge to practical assignments while maintaining accuracy and project quality requirements.
Collect, organize, and analyze environmental and interdisciplinary project data for use in technical studies and reporting.
Use appropriate computer applications to evaluate fundamental environmental and engineering problems.
