The Role: Graduate Engineers

We are looking for Emirati fresh graduates in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering who are eager to start their careers in a structured, supportive, and growth-driven environment. This role offers hands‑on exposure to various engineering functions and is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your professional journey.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with daily engineering operations in your respective discipline
• Supporting design, production, process optimization, and quality improvement projects
• Participating in factory operations, testing, and maintenance activities
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Production, Maintenance, and R&D
• Learning and working with ERP systems, automation tools, and engineering software
• Participating in training programs and rotational assignments

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, & Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the engineering field
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
