Wood is recruiting for recent engineering graduates - Graduate Civil Engineer - UAE National to join its UAE Business Unit and our Engineering team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is a full-time office-based role in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Objectives

In this graduate program you will work for one of the world's largest multinational engineering companies and get the opportunity to be involved in world class projects in Dubai with some of the best people in the world.

• Conversant in Theory of Structural Engineering, Analysis of Structures
• Materials
• Design of Steel Structures and Detailing
• Design of Concrete Structures and Detailing
• Ability to perform Wind Load Analysis
• Ability to perform Seismic Load Analysis
• Analysis and Design by Staad Pro (preferably) and other Software
• Preparation of MRs
• Conversant in American Codes – Steel and Concrete
• Conversant in Soil Mechanics
• Ability to perform Analysis and Design of Foundation – Open and Deep type
• Road, Drainage, Culverts design
• Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills
