ATÖLYE is looking for a full-time graduate to join their Creative Hub in Dubai. This role is exclusively for UAE nationals and allows graduates from different design and innovation backgrounds to shape their position. Responsibilities include working on live client projects with senior mentors and developing skills in areas such as Learning Design, Service Design, and Project Coordination. Compensation, benefits, and visa support align with UAE Emiratisation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a UAE national as it is part of the Emiratisation pathway.
• Portfolio or final-year project is required to showcase thinking process.
• Comfortable working in bilingual environments, with Arabic being a strong plus.
