Wood is recruiting for recent engineering graduates – Graduate Civil Engineer to join its UAE Business Unit and our Engineering team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is a full-time office-based role in Sharjah, UAE.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our UAE Business Unit.

Our Clients and Projects

Wood has been awarded a general engineering contract to support an International Client operator to deliver a portfolio of onshore capital projects by provision of engineering and project management services (including EPC contract management), as well as Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning support from Wood Iraq and UAE offices.

Projects include both Greenfield and Brownfield modification projects and integrating low-carbon solutions to support our client’s energy transition and emissions reduction goals.

  • Conversant in Soil Mechanics
  • Ability to perform Analysis and Design of Foundation – Open and Deep type
  • Road, Drainage, Culverts design
