Job summary

Egis is seeking a passionate Emirati Graduate Architect to join our Architecture Team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers to develop innovative design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

The role offers growth, hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge tools. A bachelor’s degree in architecture and 0–2 years of experience are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in concept design.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with advanced rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, D5 or Lumion is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to think creatively and conceptually.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative architectural concepts and technical designs under the guidance of senior architects.
• Prepare high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Contribute to the preparation of concept drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
• Research and integrate innovative design trends, materials, and techniques into project proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
• Support the team in generating design documentation for submissions and competitions.
