Mubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School in Abu Dhabi invites qualified Grade 4 and Grade 5 Homeroom Teachers to join our team. You will deliver engaging lessons across core subjects and support positive, inclusive classrooms.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Primary Education (or related field) and a teaching license, plus at least two years of primary teaching experience; experience with Grades 4 or 5 is advantageous.

Mubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Grade 4 and Grade 5 Homeroom Teachers to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging high-quality lessons across the core curriculum creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment and supporting the academic social and emotional development of all students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives
• Teach the core subjects including English Mathematics Science and Social Studies
• Differentiate teaching and learning to meet the needs of all students
• Use assessment data to monitor student progress and inform future planning
• Establish a safe inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues
• Contribute to school initiatives extracurricular activities and the wider school community
• Follow all school safeguarding behaviour and child-protection policies

A recognised bachelor s degree in Primary Education or a related field. A recognised teaching qualification or licence. At least two years of relevant primary teaching experience is preferred. Experience teaching Grade 4 or Grade 5 would be an advantage. Strong classroom-management, communication, and organisational skills. A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for every student.
