Job summary

Redford Recruiters is seeking a highly experienced Governess / Personal Carer for a private UHNW family in Dubai, UAE. Two children, ages 4 and 2, will benefit from education-focused development, SEN-informed care and structured routines.

The role requires international travel, discretion and collaboration with nannies and teachers. The ideal candidate combines warmth with professional boundaries, strong English, and SEN experience, plus First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native English with excellent communication.
• Significant Governess or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development.
• Experience with ages 2–5 and SEN needs.
• Discretion and professionalism in a UHNW household.

Responsibilities

• Support children's educational progress with age-appropriate activities.
• Develop school readiness and literacy for the 4-year-old.
• Manage SEN-informed behavioural strategies and routines.
• Coordinate with parents, tutors, and school staff as needed.
• Travel internationally with the family and maintain routines.
