Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Abu Dhabi is looking for a professional to oversee the Quality Management System for high-profile projects. Responsibilities include managing audits, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO9001 standards. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems and certification processes.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities; well-versed in management principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing tools in operational environments with a deep understanding of industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

The project:

This is an opportunity to be part of high-profile projects for mixed used, commercial and residential development, including Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Oversees implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet business, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Engages stakeholders to ensure compliance and support risk management and business resilience.
  • Organizes and leads internal audits, facilitates external certification audits, and produces audit reports.
  • Investigates non-conformance, recommends corrective and preventive measures.
  • Reviews management system content, identifies new processes, and drives efficiency and innovation.
  • Prepares quality reports, communication plans, and management review data analysis.
  • Develops training programs and monitors supply chain QMS performance.
  • Collaborates on net-zero carbon initiatives and manages associated emissions during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
