The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in Business, a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance within banks, and strong communication skills. This role is critical for maintaining governance standards and supporting the board in their functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Governance in Banks.
• Preferably Certification or advanced courses in Corporate Governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Bank’s corporate governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Lead governance compliance across the Bank.
• Implement governance programs in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and revise Board and Committee charters.
• Assist in conducting Annual General Meetings.
• Support the Board in performance self-assessment.
• Ensure accurate public disclosures on the Bank’s website.
