Job summary

Hire Feed is actively seeking a Golang Developer to design and implement scalable backend services on a contract basis. This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to a microservices architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

You should bring at least 2 years of Go experience, strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and SQL/NoSQL

Role: Golang Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $30 - $130/hour

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Golang Developer to work on a contract basis. The role requires designing and implementing scalable backend services using Go (Golang). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions in a microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services using Go (Golang) for a distributed system.
• Optimize existing services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
• Work closely with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go (Golang) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.
