Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is hiring a senior Go backend engineer to join a global platform working on scalable microservices and real-time data processing. You’ll design and implement robust REST and gRPC interfaces, integrate with insurance and third-party systems, and own reliability, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Seeking 5+ years of software development, 3+ years in Go, strong concurrency skills, and experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 3+ years of commercial Go experience.
• Strong knowledge of Go concurrency: goroutines, channels.
• Production experience with GRPC-based microservices.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, query optimization and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Unit and integration testing experience.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Understanding of scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with AI implementation/configuration within a development team.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
