Job summary

Hired is seeking a seasoned software engineer to build next-gen dialog agents with Go, AI tooling, and strong leadership experience. You will review AI-generated code, guide cross-functional teams, and drive feature delivery for scalable backend components powering LLM training and deployment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering, deep Go knowledge, and a track record of contributing to public GitHub projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with a proven ability to lead teams.
In-depth knowledge of Go programming language and software development best practices.
Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies, including LLM model training.
Proactive contribution to public GitHub repositories, including feature development and code refactoring for large codebases.

Responsibilities
