Job summary

Woopel in El-Ain seeks a Manager for Indian contract workers to oversee recruitment, placement and ongoing worker management in the city.

You will coordinate with local companies to identify opportunities, conduct interviews, screen candidates, arrange visas and provide guidance to workers throughout their contracts. Fluent English is essential, and familiarity with Indian culture is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or HR management.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to hiring foreign contract workers.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local companies to understand labor needs and identify suitable job opportunities for Indian workers.
• Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and select qualified candidates to fulfill job openings.
• Coordinate with immigration authorities to ensure timely processing of visas and work permits for hired workers.
• Provide orientation and cultural sensitivity training to newly recruited workers.
• Facilitate travel arrangements and provide support throughout the relocation process.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the contracted workers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their employment period.
• Monitor the performance of contracted workers and provide guidance on improving productivity and work quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracted workers' information, including contracts, visas, work permits, etc.
