Job summary

Titan Wealth International in Dubai is seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Director to lead sophisticated financial planning for high‑net‑worth clients across investments, retirement, protection, estate planning and tax‑efficient strategies.

You will manage a portfolio of complex relationships, deliver tailored wealth solutions, mentor junior advisers and contribute to evolving our cross‑border advice proposition.

Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years' experience advising high-net-worth clients.
• Significant experience within Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environments.
• Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.
• Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients.
• Create and implement tailored financial plans aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain planning documentation.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure ongoing suitability.
• Mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners within the team.
• Act as a technical reference point for complex cases.
• Contribute to continuously improving advice quality and client experience.
