Job summary

Titan Wealth International in Dubai seeks an experienced Wealth Planning Director to lead complex client relationships and deliver bespoke wealth strategies across investments, retirement, protection, estate planning and tax-efficient planning.

You will mentor junior advisers, act as a technical reference, and help shape the growth of our global wealth proposition while upholding the firm’s client-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification required.
• Minimum five years advising high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environments.
• Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing others essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients.
• Create and implement tailored financial plans aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain planning documents.
• Mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners within the team.
• Act as a technical reference point for complex advice cases.
